Detect Checked/Unchecked for Quiz Checkboxes

Hi!

It would be great if instead of the Select/Change trigger for checkboxes in a test, Lectora could check if the checkbox was Checked or Unchecked. This would allow for different actions based on whether the box was on or off.

Thanks!

It's already in Lectora. Each checkbox has a variable associated with it, Checkbox_001, Checkbox_002 and so on (you can set your own names, too). The variable will be empty if the checkbox is unchecked, and contain "on" if the checkbox is checked. You can use it in conditions, e.g. [go to next page if Checkbox_001 contains "on"].

It only works for checkboxes that you add on slide yourself, not for checkboxes that are part of a multiple response question.

    Hi SSNEG,

As you can see from my title, the suggestion was for quiz questions, so checkboxes that are part of a multiple answer quiz questions. It would be great if Lectora could detect that out of the box as it does for toggle action. Instead of checking if it was clicked, it would be great if it could check if it is on or off.
