Lectora and SAP Learning Solution LMS issues after SAP enhancement?

We have been using Lectora as our WBT authoring tool and SAP's Learning Solution (LSO) as our LMS for several years. We recently installed an "enhancement" for SAP and are now seeing significant problems with delivery of our WBT. We are experiencing http 500, 401, 404 and 406 errors in LSO, extremely slow loading of pages, and frequent freezing of the lesson pages.
Curious if there are any Lectora and SAP users out there that have experienced the same thing and what steps were taken to resolve the problem?
We are using the SAP content player 634 SP3.
