Can't add more timed events to MP3

I did a Google search and was unable to find any info regarding this problem so here goes...



I'm working a project that I haven't touched in a while. I need to sync a new event to an MP3 but every time press save in the audio editor, my new event just disappears. It doesn't matter where I put it in the audio timeline or which MP3 I try--none of them will save. I've also tried adding them from the Event List dialog.

I was advised by tech support to uninstall Lectora and do a clean install of 11.3.2 which solved the problem.
