Quizzes Retaining Answer Selection Between Users

I've selected the exact same Quiz Options for all Quizzes I've created in the multiple modules I've published. Certain modules retain the quiz answers between users and I'm unable to find any setting that is "off" or different from the modules that do not. I've tried the clear browser history, clear cache, clear cookies solution and it did not resolve it.



One module has several quizzes that do not show/send results throughout the quiz- these retain answers.

One module that has a final quiz that does send results retains answers as well.



My point, there's no consistency with the outcome of the results that I could determine would affect this. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
