Test results bug in Chrome

I'm trialling Publisher, and I have a problem with test results in Chrome. If I use the default pop up, the results window is blank. If I use custom results, the pop up works, but then the course doesn't move on to the next page. If I tell Publisher not to use the pop up window, it displays the results in a new page, but then the OK button does nothing. Checking the console, the following error message is generated:
