Track performance in course vs LMS

Folks,
I could use some assistance coming up to speed on the capabilities of Lectora vs an LMS regarding tracking a learners performance. I would like to track the:
A web based LMS will be selected for this project (such as Blackboard).
How would you capture this within the course and report to the LMS? How much of this could the LMS capture.

- start/end dates
- completion
- score on course assessments
- confirmation that all pages were viewed
