Publish Strings not changing

I'm trying to change the response text on popup windows from "OK / Cancel" to a "Yes / No." I've been able to change the text (per the user guide), but when I republish, I continue to get the "OK / Cancel" options. Since this did not work, I created a whole new Publish String set (again per the user guide) and have applied the new set to the course. Still getting the "OK / Cancel" options even though that text does not appear in the new screen set.



Can anyone help? Once I get this one issue figured out....the whole file needs translation into French, so I'm taking baby steps!
