SNAP Lectora quiz - LMS reports course not complete

Hi, i've made several SNAP courses now and whenever I build a course in powerpoint and use the Snap quiz functions, the course never shows as complete in the LMS.
All published SCORM 1.2. I've tried every possible combination of having the quiz give results, not give results, be mandatory or not. Everything, but whenever I include a quiz of any type the course will not complete.
I have resorted to building the quiz in Empower and popping that in to the powerpoint.
Any help would be appreciated.
