Progress bar and content dependant next buttons

You could create a non-interactive Progress Bar, but you're likely better off just using the default Snap! by Lectora bar. While you can create one in Snap! Empower, it will not communicate with Snap! by Lectora as well as the in-built Progress Bar does.
