Courses Freezing

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so what type of fix has been found.



We have no issues with publishing and uploading to our LMS (Intelladon). The preview in Powerpoint works fine as well. When learners run the courses through the LMS however, the course freezes at various points and Internet Explorer has to be shut down and restarted.



Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
