Audio Cuts out prematurely

The problem I'm going to describe does not happen when I use the Internet Browser mode, but only when I upload to our LMS.
I have audio set to begin automatically when the page loads. I then have a series of graphics that transition in using actions along with explanatory bullets with other actions.
When the first graphic appears on the screen, the audio cuts out immediately, but there is nothing setup to stop the audio from continuing. Why does the audio cut out here but not when I'm testing it in the Internet Browser mode?
Any help would be appreciated.
