iPad template compatible with Lectora 09?

I found Lectora's templates for iPad course development here:
New Lectora Templates for Apple iPad
However, when I try to launch or create a new program using the Ruby Red template in Lectora Enterprise Edition v9, it causes a compatibility error followed by a general Application error.
"Data file is corrupted or saved by a different version of this product. Some data may be lost."
Could there be something else going on?
Or, if it is clearly a compatibility issue, can these templates be made available available in Lectora 9-compatible versions?
