Problem with click zones in IE9

We have some problemes with some customized clickzones in our courses. The problem has arrived when we upgraded to Internet Explorer 9.

Lextora produces this style:

.custRadio { padding-left: 150px; background-image: url(images/empty_150x150.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; cursor: pointer; display: inline; position: absolute; height: 150px;}

The problem is that the clickzone will be treated as 300px in width in IE9. If we set padding-left: 0px in the output file the clickzone width is 150px as it should be.

Unfortenately we can't define this padding in Lectora so we can't remove it. We have about 50 different courses with this problem so it would be a great help anyone had a solution to this.
