URL links within a variable text string - is this possible?

I have built an assessment in Lectora 10 that displays the results on a custom summary page, showing a feedback message for each question answer. The feedback message is being pulled from a stored variable text string. I also have to include a URL link to some additional learning, within each feedback message.



Is there a way to include a URL link within a text string stored in a variable, so that it displays as an active link on the page?
