Repository Error while Importing Title to LO

I've attempted numerous times to import a title (.pkg) to Lectora Online -- every time I receive a "Repository Error" message with no additional details. The title will not import. I reported this to Trivantis Support 2 weeks ago and I'm still awaiting a resolution. Has anyone else had this problem and, more importantly, how is it resolved?
