Test randomization problem

Hi.

I am using Lectora 2008 (5043). I have 10 test sections, having 8 or more questions inside. My client would like to randomize the selection of test section as well as the questions within each pool. So what I did was I selected the randomize option at the test chapter level (to randomize the test section) and also selected the randomize option at the test section level (to randomize the question selection). While testing, I noticed that the test selction was faulty. The number of questions to be drawn from each section was not followed (set to 8 but sometimes I get all 10). Has anyone experienced this? To trivantis, is this a know bug? if so, is there a patch available?
