Inflated time duration on timed actions

I have some actions which I have set up on a timed delay. They work fine in Lectora, but when published, they are almost double the time (65 seconds on a 21-second delay). I looked in on the code and found the time delays tremendously overblown. For a 29-second delay, the code says "setTimeout( 'action1275686()', 85000);" - for a 26-second delay, the code says "setTimeout( 'action1275687()', 79000);"
I went in and manually edited the HTML so that the numbers more accurately matched the desired time delays (29000 and 26000) and it seems to work now, but why is Lectora inflating those durations? Has anyone experienced this issue?
