Printing out Certificate in CourseMill

I purblished a Lectora title to SCORM and uploaded it to CourseMill (LMS)
In the title I have a survey that sends the survey data to a CGI program and on to an instructor. This is followed by a completion certificate on the next page. The user can't print out the certificate. It appears on the page but won't print from control P. If the survey doesn't send the survey data results to the instructor the user can print out the certificate. Trivantis support is stumped, any ideas?
