Text blocks should default to show all text when text value changes

This is a small thing, but I have seen it cause headaches.



A good example is for test questions. Sometimes when creating a test, I just use an already exisiting test. If you go into an already existing multiple choice question and change the text in it and the text is longer than what was there before, when you finish the question the text blocks don't maximize to show all the text. You also don't even see the + symbol next to the text block to show you that the text is being cut off. I couldn't tell you how many times this wasn't caught until it was published and being tested. Seems like something that would be the "Low hanging Fruit" as far as ease to correct vs headaches it causes... to me at least.
