Marking Correct/Incorrect in Test Results

Hi guys, we've got a bit of an issue where we want to give the learner the questions and their answers after the assessment, but we need some way to mark which ones they got right and which ones they got wrong. Using Custom Test Results it looks like you can only show all questions/answers with no indicator of right or wrong, or display only right or only wrong. Any ideas?
