General Job Description

This position builds computer-based training courses using Lectora Professional Publishing Suite.

Job Functions/Duties (may include other duties as assigned)

• Works effectively with and for others to achieve Company goals, strict adherence to safety requirements, meets Company attendance requirements, and maintains Company quality standards.

• Obtains in-depth knowledge of Lectora functionality and capability and able to teach others.

• Maintains familiarity with the types of multimedia supported by Lectora and identifies best practices for using and incorporating into a course.

• Collaborates with Instructional Designers to identify best learning approaches and most effective ways to incorporate them into course design.

• Works collaboratively with the Strategic Business Units and functional education leaders to understand and support the meeting of learning goals.

• Collaborates with and offers direction to Graphic Designers to identify and develop graphic elements of courses

• Employs knowledge of both learning strategy and Lectora capabilities to create instructionally effective, engaging, and interactive courses.

• Serves as interface with the Lectora technical support team.

• Ensures that any Lectora software upgrades or new releases are implemented across the Clinical Communications team.

Work Experience

• Experience with e-learning tools. e.g. Lectora Pro Suite.

• Experience in instructional design and graphic design, and Adobe Suite is preferred.


• Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
