I have many opinions about the iPad, so far, I would have to say that we won't develop anything till it becomes commonplace for it. Personally I've developed iPhone apps, but they weren't through Lectora. I'll continue to design for the iPhone because they are the biggest audience, and with the simulator, my app scales well.
I could see this being big in the higher education market, like collegiate and doctorate courses, but in the corporate world (which I play in) I don't think it has much value. Everyone has laptops, and corporations are very slow to move to newer technologies. (Example, 96% of computers have flash 10 player now, we still have to design to flash 8).
