Need help with video

The simplest method is to convert it to FLV format right in Lectora, assuming you are using a recent version of Lectora.  (I believe that feature was added in version 9.)  Place the video file on the page.  Then, right-click it and select Convert to FLV.  You can even control the compression level.  (But read the instructions carefully -- low means low compression, meaning higher quality and higher file size.)  If you have several files to convert, you can do it in the Resource Manager on the Tools menu.

If you want to learn a little more about working with video and other media in Lectora, you can go to my website and download a free chapter of my Lectora book -- it is the chapter on working with media.  http://www.e-learninguncovered.com/books.html  The information on video compression is on page 60.
