Setting Default Screen Size

The Lectora option to Center affects where the course appears within the browser window, not where the browser window appears on the screen. If you make the window bigger, you will see that your course is centered.
Controlling where the browser window appears is usually done by the LMS. If you are not using an LMS, you can check out Window Size & Position Controller. It will allow you to position the window and resize it but the contents will remain the same size. Just like making your browser window bigger yourself with the mouse. You cannot eliminate the browser toolbars, scroll bars etc with it. If you are not using an LMS which usually does this, then the first page of your course can have an On Show action to go immediately to the second page in a new window and you can control the browser chrome that way. You will have two windows open then but may be worth it.
