Special characters in Character Race disappear

hello, our customer is using the Character Race with German language.

With Lectora Online he gets the following problem:

- special characters and some of their "neighbors" disappear, when playing the game in preview mode. For example the word "L?§ufer" is shown as "Ler", "f?ºr die" is just shortened to one letter: "f".

- Entering HTML entities into the wizard, does not help "Läfer" shows up as "Läfer"

- Entering URL encoded strings does not work.

When we publish the course to HTML, the user faces the same problem.

With the desktop version of Lectora (Lectora 9.3), it works. That really does not help, because our customer only uses Lectora-Online.
