Try checking your preferences before saving and/or recording.

When I create the file (flash) within the edit mode of Lectora and play back in the "run" mode, the quality is unacceptable, i.e.: static, low volume, etc. Using the same external devises (microphone, speakers, etc.), but creating a wav file using MicroSoft Sound Recorder, the quality is perfect. Can anyone help solve the problem? thanks
