I don't think so, but that's a great idea.  You might want to add that to the suggestions forum. 

There is a guides feature which makes it easier to make sure your questions are lined up.  From the view menu, select show ruler and show guides.  Then you can drag a guide down or over from the two rulers to make a cross-hair where you want the question to go.  (I prefer doing that over entering XY coordinates.)  And if you select the question icon in the Objects pane, it selects all the elements making them easier to move and snap into place at once.
