Custom Window Name when pointing to page in title

I've got a page where the user clicks an image to launch a pop-up window via an action:

on click

go to chapter/section/page

target: occ text (a page in the title)

Open in New Window; New Window Properties= Window Name= NEW NAME GOES HERE



I can't figure out why it's not working, but the title bar on the new window always displays "occ text", which is the name of the page in the title. This is happening even when I specify a new name in the Window Properties.



Is there a way to specify (or remove, as this was the original request) the name on the title bar of a pop-up window when the target is another page in the title?
