Success status issue (SCORM 2004)

We have developed a course in Lectora and published it to SCORM 2004. On launching the course and exiting midway, the Success Status is set to Failed, when it should be Unknown. On viewing the detailed report, the variable cmi.success_status is Unknown. However, the variable (cmi.success_status) isn’t there in the Reserved tab of the Variable Manager in Lectora. The variable for the completion status—cmi.completion_status—is available in the variable manager of Lectora which we can modify. What variable name do we have to modify in Lectora to keep the cmi.success_status to ‘Unknown’.
