AICC compliance issue

I've been using Lectora for about 6 months, and for the first time I'm having to create a file to interact with an LMS. We are paying to use a vendor's LMS, so I have one chance to make a test file for them to test. When I check for errors before publishing, I get an error message that says:

"Assignable Unit A001 is missing a scored Test or a Modify Variable action for either AICC_Lesson_Status or AICC_Score. You must have at least one of these items somewhere in an assignable unit for AICC/SCORM compliance. This is how the assignable unit can be set as completed within the LMS."

My first question is, "Where do I find 'AICC_Lesson_Status or AICC_Score'?"

I only have one Assignable Unit in the entire file, and I do have a test at the end of the file.

In the TEST PROPERTIES dialog box, on the RESULTS tab, I have checked:
- Show test results to student after end of test
- Grade the test
- Include test score in overall score
- Lowest passing score is set to 80
- E-mail results of test (I've included an e-mail address in appropriate field)
- Prompt the student for their name to identify the test
- Show the student a success dialog if submission is successful
