Hide/Show Buttons

Have an action hide the next button initially.

Set a variable to each item that needs to be completed set to 0 initially. Then when they complete that interaction set the variable to 1 (or 20, just not 0)

Then have an action group check the status of each variable after each interaction.  If all variables are greater than 0, then show the next button.

Then what you can also do, is if they have completed all the tasks, add conditions to the hide next button action to check the variables, that way they don't have to repeat the activities over and over again.
