Cheating with wmode = transparent

Just curious. I am trying to play a Flash Video file of a spokesperson with a transparent background. The person walks onto the screen. This will work on a web site, but when I try to bring into Lectora a black or white box shows up and it is no longer transparent. Has anyone used a Flash video file with a transparent background (basically green screen stuff)
