Can TOC uses different names from the page names

Filenames are generated based on the chapter names, page names. I rename them so filenames are organized to the way I want (by adding 1, 2, 3, etc so they're sorted the way I prefer). On the other hand, if we use TOC, names used in the drop-down menu may look odd to end users. Sometimes, SMEs do not like page 1 and page 2 added to the page name. If they're the same name, files generated would be all numbers.



So is there a way to set names in the drop-down menu of TOC to different (slightly) names from the chapter, page names?
