Creating a countdown timer

I am attempting to use Lectora to create a presentation which incorporates breaks/lunch. During the breaks, I'd like a page which counts down the time backwards from 15 minutes. I've so far been unsuccessful. The closes I've come is to have 900 seconds converted by dividing it by 60, but that still displays in percentage (14.50 = 14 min. 30 sec) instead of 14:30. If anyone knows how to do this, your help would be greatly appreciated.
