Examples of e-learning

Hi folks,
I am tasked to create an online course to train insurance agents on company contracts. Dull crumbs as ILT right now, but I want to orient the online from "here are the contracts, now go use them" to "here is the job and you use the contracts, among other tools, to do your job." Anyone have suggestions of existing accessible e-learning that might be an example of taking dull and making it engaging and interesting? Or as interesting as contracts can get.
