How to make a chapter for pop-up pages

This "Go to" technique also works well for those of use who need to launch a program or document in a separate browser window.
The way I did it was to create a new page that did not inherit anything from the parent. I put the following action on that page:
On show --> Launch a program/document
This worked fine on the LMS I was using and in the HTML version as well. (I did choose to open a "New Browser Window" in the window properties of the "Go to" action since this worked best for my system for whatever reason.)
