Refreshing In Browser

Hi,



I have completed creating my course and while testing it in the Browsers I find that if a page stalls and I need to refresh that page (for any reason) I am brought all the way back to the home page of the course....Not Good....



How can I change that to just refresh the current page that the user will be viewing???
