SCORM2004 Publishing

Hi,
I'm new to publishing to SCORM2004 although have been publishing content to 1.2 for over four year now. We've recently upgraded to Lectora 2009 and are experimenting with publishing content to SCORM2004 and importing into Kallidus LMS which is also SCORM2004 compliant.
Does anyone know if there are any particular actions or properties I should be applying to the content. The title I've produced is SCORM/AICC, has an AU and is published to SCORM2004 to record interactions data. There's a test within the content in which questions are randomly selected.
I can import the course but can't run it. Our LMS provider has taken a look and the course doesn't work through the ADL website either.
Can anyone give me any advice please?
