Another method that is not quite as elegant is to cover the bullet points with a rectangle that is the same color as the background.  Use a series of actions to move the rectangle down the appropriate distance to reveal the next bullet point.  The advantage is you don't have to create multiple text boxes for the bullets.  The disadvantage is you can only reveal the bullet in order.
