Play hyperlink to video not working

I imported a video with a scroll bar. The link on the scroll bar works fine but I needed a text link to make it accessible to persons with disabilities. So, I created a hyperlink using the Play feature. When I publish to HTML, the Play link works fine on my computer. However, it didn't work for many of the pilot testers and it doesn't work on my computer at home. Any suggestions why it wouldn't be working?I imported a video with a scroll bar.
