Benefit:Merely obtaining feedback from clients with regards to page content. Simple tool: Makes client happy because the SMEs and Users can use it.With Captivate the developer can always publish to Word, email/ distribute as handouts and the client can simply append the Word document.That is the supposed benefit from such a tool.I do appreciate your concerns and criticism because I am currently just trying to decide if anyone else but me finds this of value, rather than trying to sway opinion.
