Depends what you're editing for. If editing just for size, you can use the crop tool in PowerPoint or another MS Office program to crop the image to the correct size. If you need to remove words or such, I'd do as much of that in Lectora in a copy of the original so that you get a clean screen shot. I use cheap graphics editors - PaintShop Pro or PhotoShop Elements - to do any other editing, like removing words or such.Depends what you're editing for.
