Works One Day and Doesn't the Next

This has been happening lately, and I'm wondering if anyone knows about this.

I add a course using a customized template, test in HTML, works fine,

then publish to CourseMill and it works fine.

The next day open the same course and the LMS Set Value error messages appear.
