Button = SCO Complete

The project that I am working on requires that the user click a button to acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms of an employee handbook. This is a two-page (one chapter) "course" that needs to be in the LMS to track completion. It needs to be set up so the course does not set to complete unless the button is clicked. What action do I put on this button so that the course is completed only when the button is clicked? I'm thinking to put On Click - Modify Variable - v_SCOcomplete. Is that correct?
