Text box will not scroll

I personally think it is a bad practice to use (invisible) buttons on top of text. These problems do occur.Normally I would advise you to use right mouseclick on the button, choose Layering and then Send to Back. This would result in the textbox always being on top, but chances are that you can not press the button because now the textbox is dominant. HTML surely is not going to like this method as well.I still think the best solution is to somehow manage to seperate the button and textbox, if possible.Have got no clue how else to fix this.
