Blocking Scorm Objects

I have a client that wants two courses,one is a pre-assessment and the other is the course content. They only want the user to be able to take the pre-assessment once, once they have posted their score they want to block them from taking it again. However, they want to offer the bookmarking incase the user gets out mid way taking the assessment and goes back in. The LMS does not support "greying out" the pre assessment once the score is submitted.
