Pretty keen, Greg. This is a really great idea. I worked on a similar system a few years back, I've found that I like seeing who commented on what / where. One of the things that I thought about when I was building the tool... wouldn't it be great if there was a standard transport XML structure / DTD?

That way I could move trouble tickets, reports, and comments between systems (pretty common for government that works with alot of contractors).
