Equation Edtior Display

I realize that Equation Editor is an add-on in Lectora, but I have a question anyway. When I use the Eq. Editor and return to Lectora, the resulting display in HTML is perfrectly awful. Does anyone have any tips on improving the display other than upgrading to the "better" version. When I use the same program in Word, the display looks fine (of course, it's not displayed onthe web...)
