Audio pause when published in HTML

I have a title containing audio on each slide. It is very large but runs fine when I package it as a single executable file. However, when I package it for HTML, each page displays and the audio begins but within 2 seconds, a pause occurs in the audio, then it continues as it should. This happens on EVERY page.
