Tracking Changes (Subversion)

I was reading through some of the postings and noticed that sflowers had mentioned something about SVN (subversion) and would like to know more about that. We are wondering if there is a way to view changes a bit like you can in Microsoft Word with the track changes functionality so you can see any edits that are made to each screen.I looked up SVN in the Lectora help but could not find anything. We are using Enterprise V7.
